Shipments and returns

Your shipment


All items are shipped via Canada Post for all our Canadian customers and through the United States Postal Service for our customers in the US.  Other options are also available such as express and priority mail shipping at additional cost. The shipping fee consists of a flat rate of $2.99. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.  Delivery fees are subject to change. Approximate delivery times are 3 to 8 business days within Canada and 4 to 12 days for all US orders.


Canadian customers: Applicable sales taxes will be charged according to the province. U.S: No sales taxes will be charged.


At GOLDFOR10.COM we want our customers to be fully satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days upon receiving your order and we will be glad to offer you an exchange or a full refund.  GOLDFOR10.COM will refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item, send us an e-mail or call us to inform us.  We will then send you a return form which you will need to fill our and send back to us.  Simply, follow the instructions specified on the e-mail and return the item.

How to package a return item

Package it securely in an envelope and return it safely to us.  Please note that you should not indicate on the package that it contains jewelry or any luxury or valuable item as it invites theft.

Out of Stock Items

For orders with single items or multiple items that include one or more items which may have gone out of stock, we will contact the customer by either phone or e-mail to let him know the item is out of stock and to decide with him if we ship a partial or a full order.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to you reflecting that your order has been shipped.  It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door (if delivered express or priority mail).

Protecting our customers

All deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address. We do not ship to PO boxes and require an adult to sign for the package (if applicable).  Once the item arrives back to us, we will inspect it and verify its condition. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent for a full refund.  Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 7 days for us to process the return before we can issue a refund. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.  Please allow 3 business days for your credit to appear on your statement after the credit has been issued.
